Berger Machining is a small, family-owned and operated CNC machine shop located in Grayslake Illinois. We are a supplier of quality OEM parts for the food processing and packaging industries.

On your schedule I will come to your facility, pickup your material, prints and purchase order (detailing pricing, quantities, and delivery dates). This gives flexibility to name your own price on services you would receive from Berger Machining.

Here are some of the basics on how we do business. If we are asked to make a product or component a customer needs regularly and already has an idea on what it would cost to make we will work within your budget to make it happen. Many of our customers prefer this option because it gives the customer the ability to name their own price instead of the other way around. If a job has never been made before we will give a very competitive quote detailing what specific operations we can do and pricing for those operations. Our shop rate for programing, setup, turning and milling operations is a flat 60 dollars per hour plus materials and non standard tooling.
